3d Design is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any surface of an object in three dimensions via specialized software. This software is often refered to as Computer Aided Design or CAD for short. Models may be created automatically or manually,

3d Design is used in various industries like film, engineering, medicine, animation and gaming, interior design and architecture. A wide number of 3D software are also used in constructing digital representation of mechanical models or parts before they are actually manufactured. CAD software is used in such fields, and with these software, not only can you construct the parts but also assemble them and observe their functionality.
